Joomla 3x and 4.x
I created a new joomla menu heading item on the main menu and set it as a menu root item. Added sub menu items to it. I set permission to super or special. After logging in with admin access the menu header item shows on all pages in the main menu bar except the home page. Been this way for a long time, just now asking for help. I guess I am missing a config item.
I don't have this issue for any other menu items I create and set as a root item. Only Menu Headers
