Here's what is in my params field:Public, Guest and Registered are supposed to be set to No HTML. Super Users should be No Filtering. Everything else should be Default Forbidden List. The data are stored in the #__extensions table, com_config record, params field.
So filter_tags and filter_attributes are both empty across the board.
