Please provide screenshot of what screen you're looking at.
I found the specific J4.x docs for Menu Item (Wrapper) but it still showing the iframe border option under the "Advanced" tab. https://docs.joomla.org/Help4.x:Menu_It ... vanced_Tab and doesn't seem to be any different in content to the J5 doc link I previously posted (https://docs.joomla.org/Help5.x:Menu_It ... vanced_Tab). The option you need should be under the "Advanced" tab, and it's a toggle-button you just click.
Make sure you're on the latest release (4.4.9)
