That FPA report shows v4.4.3, not 5.0.3.

Were you intending to migrate from J4 to J5? All the FPA shows is your current version is still 4.4.3.

Did you follow the installation documentation? Refer to https://docs.joomla.org/Joomla_4.4.x_to ... ep_by_Step

Your site would never run Joomla 5 because it doesn't match the minimum hosting requirements.
Host Configuration :: OS: Linux | OS Version: 6.5.0-21-generic | Technology: x86_64 | Web Server: Apache/2.4.52 (Ubuntu) mod_fcgid/2.3.9 OpenSSL/3.0.2 | Encoding: gzip, br | System TMP Writable: Yes | Free Disk Space : 145.24 GiB |

PHP Configuration :: Version: 7.4.33 | PHP API: apache2handler | Session Path Writable: Yes | Display Errors: 0 | Error Reporting: 22527 | Log Errors To: | Last Known Error: | Register Globals: | Magic Quotes: | Safe Mode: | Allow url fopen: 1 | Open Base: | Uploads: 1 | Max. Upload Size: 10M | Max. POST Size: 10M | Max. Input Time: 60 | Max. Execution Time: 72000 | Memory Limit: 128M
.

PHP 7.4.33 - J5 won't run on less than PHP 8.1

Additionally, Max Upload Size 10M is not sufficient. Make that 32M and Max Post Size 10M should also be 32M or higher. Memory limit 128M may also not be sufficient; suggest you raise that to 256M
