General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Data too long for column 'path' at row 1

Hi,
I clicked on "rebuild" in tags components and had a 500 error (missing ram).
Plenty of my tags went to the trash, and now when I try to republish them I have this error " Data too long for column 'path' at row 1"
Any idea on how to fix this ?
