I don't know if here is the right place to ask, but since this discussion is about Php versions, I'm hoping you can answer this.
MySQLI is no longer supported in Php 8.2
In order to updated to Php 8.2, one needs to "add" the option for mysqli or the J5 site returns a 500 error - front end and back end.
Is there an update (soon?) that will be changing J5 to work with mysqlnd since that's the currently preferred driver?
I ran into the 500 error on 2 platforms I updated this last week and had to go in to cPanel to enable mysqli.
